What is the difference between outside and inside sales?

The Basic Difference is that how you Interact with your prospects/future customer!
If you are interacting with your prospect from a different location than the location your prospect sits (mostly when you sits in your office) its called “Inside” sales. Because you are sitting in your office in this sales process.
You can use many different platforms to interact. For e.g. Phone, Email, Chat and so on.
But, when you leave your office to meet your prospect to interact its called “Outside” sales. Because here you have to “outside from your office“.
