First of all, what is stress? Am I become stressed ever?

 

In simple words, stress is something that happens to us when we come under a difficult situation and are unable to control that. When the reality is different from what we expect and we start feeling a stressful situation. When we are unable to achieve our desire goal we start feeling stress.

 

High-intensity competition makes us feel the stress in our life.

 

You must be thinking that in this competitive era having a stressful day is normal. But is it so?

 

Stress in moderation may not be that harmful to health & mind. But it is a fact that most health issues are caused by stress. A high level of stress is responsible for premature aging of our bodies, anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure and it can lead to depression.

 

You must be heard alcohol and cigarettes are not good for health but rarely talk about the dangerous effect of stress on our body.

 

I have experienced a lot of stress in my life due to my profession. Being in the sales profile and always concerned about the targets is a stressful job. But I have neglected the impact of stress on my body and thinking that it is common in sales profiles. And I started getting a dark circle around my eyes and the premature aging symptoms were visible on my face.

 

I told myself that I need to get to the cause of it and recover from it. After consultation, I found that it is stress that affecting my health & mind. I decided not to be stressed in any situation.

 

To completely free from the stress I made many changes in my lifestyle. And I would like to discuss many of them with you so that you can adopt a few of them at least to free yourself from stress.

 

I understand that you are busy with your studies or office work but you have to dedicate some time to yourself to relax and to avoid stress forever.

 

Once you start making the effort to make few changes in your routine you can enjoy a more active and healthy lifestyle and become free from stress forever.

 

Here are a few ingredients that you have to add to your life and make this your habit -

 

 1.  An attitude that defines you and your goal -



 

Your's positive attitude helps you to deal with difficult situations with ease. Even though it is not easy to have a positive attitude at all ups and downs in our life. We need to remember that we will be surrounded by many problems in our day-to-day life but it's better to ignore them and focus on our purpose or goal.

 

We become worried that we are not getting the desired success. we start focusing more on the outcome. In my opinion, we should focus on the process and the controllable. Success will be yours but it will take time and you have to patiently work on the process.

In this way, you will be an unnecessary burden on your shoulder and feel relax.

 

If you want to avoid stress in your professional life then your goal should not be too easy to achieve not very difficult to achieve. Your goal is to bring the best in you without any stress at all.

 

In our family life too we experience difficulties to handle our boyfriend-girlfriend or husband-wife. And this difficulty gives us stress in our life. Here you should know that those small issues in our family life will continue and will never end. If you imagine that your wife or husband will start understanding you one day then you are wrong. You have to find humor in your family arguments and do not take anything seriously. 

All those arguments will be there always. You have to do good for your family and be relax. This kind of positive attitude will help you to relax and avoid being stressed out in your life.

The way you eat and sleep every day the same way you should meditate. Meditation is the best possible powerful tool to relax and free ourselves from stress. 
It has many other health benefits such as enhanced self-awareness, increasing productivity, help is sleep, control anxiety, and enhance empathy.

 

You can do meditation without any expenses. As a beginner, you can start with only 5 minutes of meditation.

 

The process is very simple, you have to find a lonely place. Then sit on a mat or a clean cloth. Close your eyes and focus on your natural breathing. You will face difficulty in focusing on your breathing initially but as you become experienced in meditation you will become more confident in it. You will be able to purify the thought that comes to you and be able to reject all the negative emotions.

 

I would recommend bringing out 10 minutes from your daily routine and use the time to do meditation. It is important to be consistent. You will start noticing the results after a month.

 

Meditation is the best tool to be relieved from stress and anxiety.

 

 3. Physical Activity to achieve an active lifestyle -


I talked about the benefits of meditation to overcome stress in our minds. Now I want you to know the benefits of our physical activities in our health.

 

Every day you have to bring some time out of your daily routine for some sort of physical activity. You may go for 30-minute jogging, you may go cycling with your friends, you may choose to play football with your friends or simply walking in the garden. These small changes will bring a huge impact on your physical fitness. The best part of being physically active is that you become more productive. You can complete tasks quicker than before and your memory power will strengthen along with your body.

 

You have to remember that when you are allocated time for your meditation or physical activity, avoid doing any other activities simultaneously. If you do multiple things together then the effectiveness of the activities will reduce significantly.

 

In today's fast-paced life we mostly involve in our life in the task and task. We complete one task and jumps into another task and completely ignore our mental and physical fitness. We mostly sit in front of the system and do our work. This sitting for long hours has a negative impact on our health. To overcome this you must involve in some kind of physical activity. You need not go to the gym if you are not comfortable going to the gym every day. But some sort of physical activity you must do to keep yourself fit and active. 

 

 4. Avoid junk food and select green vegetables -



 

You know that I am not a doctor but I would recommend you to reduce junk food from your diet. Food is the fuel to our body and we should consume healthy foods such as green vegetables, seasonal fruits, eggs, and yogurt which are advised by many doctors. The small changes in the diet can help us improve our mood, reduce anxiety, and element the feeling of stress from our life.

 

If possible, you can try to cook by yourself at home and avoid eating outside. Outside foods are not hygiene and have a high amount of oil and sugar in them. So it's better to ignore them and switch to homemade foods.

 

 

 5.  A good sleep of 8 - 9 hours daily -



You need enough sleep every day to have a glowing face and to get a  wrinkle-free appliance. But this is just one benefit of many benefits of having a good sleep. It is said that when we sleep we generate a hormone named melatonin. This melatonin hormone helps us with many benefits such as -

natural production of insulin, help us to recover from anxiety and stress. Strengthen our immune system and many more.

 

Good sleep gives our body the much rest that it needed.

 

You should avoid consuming alcohol & tobacco which disturb good night sleep should perform few things that help you in a good night sleep such as -

 

Eating fresh vegetables and getting calcium in your diet plan.

 

Stand or sits under Sun for 20 - 30 minutes every day to get the required vitamin D and help us to reduce anxiety and stress.

 

Having a positive attitude where you focus on controllable and not on the results.

 

Go for a morning walk with your best buddies

 

Avoid the distraction caused by smartphones and social networking sites. Try not to use a smartphone before 1 hour of going to bed.

 

Doing meditation for 5 minutes before going to the bed.

 

All these above life lifestyles changes will help you to get a good night sleep and ultimately you become free from stress forever.
